Return & Cancellation Policy

When you can cancel: • Before order preparation begins • Within 24 hours of placing the order (whichever comes first) Due to our small business model and made-to-order products, we maintain this policy to support sustainability and efficient operations. Refund Process for Cancellations: • Refunds are issued as Tesoro Store Credit • Credits reflect within 24 hours of cancellation approval • Full order value is refunded excluding any shipping charges

To modify your shipping address: • Email us at support@tesorostore.in • Include your order ID • Provide new shipping details • Changes possible only if order hasn't been shipped Our team will assist with modifications based on order status and feasibility.

Return eligibility varies by product: • Check individual product pages for return eligibility • Return window is 7 days from delivery date • Items must be unused and in original condition • All tags and original packaging must be intact Not all products are eligible for returns - please verify eligibility before purchase.

Steps to initiate a return: 1. Email support@tesorostore.in with: • Order ID • Product details • Reason for return 2. After approval: • Return pickup will be arranged • Two pickup attempts will be made • Self-shipping required for non-serviceable areas 3. Refund Process: • Store Credit issued after product inspection • ₹200 pickup fee deducted from refund • COD and shipping charges non-refundable • Credit issued as coupon code with no expiry

For damaged or defective products: • Initiate return within 24 hours of delivery • Include unboxing video showing damage/defect • Email request with order details and clear images • Refund issued as Store Credit Note for Artisanal Products: • Slight variations in texture, color, and size are normal • Handmade items may have natural variations • These variations add uniqueness and are not defects
